A fundamental part of all property developments is sourcing and securing property in desirable locations, and we work hard to ensure we choose the right areas that will appeal to our customers. Furthermore, when choosing a site, we will consider a range of factors that will contribute to the overall value of the property, including employment hubs, social scenes, and transport links.

Design

Aiming to create lifestyle-enhancing spaces that support and promote the growth of communities, we work closely with industry-leading architects and interior designers.

Build

Aiming to ensure the renovation goes as smoothly as possible, we project manage all aspects of the build with the support of our approved consultants from our supply chain. One of our inspirations for creating Hikmah Construction was because of the increase in the number of dilapidated, underdeveloped, and inhabitable properties that exist in the UK property market. Renovating these neglected properties and transforming them into the perfect homes for families, the elderly, couples, and individuals is our mission, and we work hard to achieve this.

To maximise investment returns, we draw on our wealth of experience and knowledge to source our own deals through various channels. Working alongside supply chains throughout the UK, we purchase, design, and build properties to an excellent standard.
